# Hide Past Chat suggestion

Hey, thanks for the request. Right now there isn’t a separate toggle to hide Past Chats from the @ menu. It’s a built-in category in the @ picker in Agent mode.

In practice it shouldn’t get in the way. As soon as you start typing a file name after `@`, the list filters toward files and folders. Past Chats only matches by chat title, so when you type a file name it gets pushed down.

I’ve logged this as a feature request to let users disable specific categories in the @ picker.
