Not sure if I’m opening a new chat the wrong way or what, but when I can’t seem to find any clear way to start a new chat like it use to hve, all it has is a “New Agent” button and a list of the past agent requests. when I send a request like I normally do asking for a change I get the error message denying it saying I’ve exceeded the usage limits for the free tier when I haven’t even made any requests in days. So what is going on with this? Why’d you guys get rid of the regular chat panel it used to have?
