Describe the Bug

In the Agents Window file viewer, a symbol hover tooltip stops receiving pointer input after about one second, even though it remains visible. Scrolling or selecting text then affects the file content behind the tooltip instead of the tooltip itself.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open a file in the Agents Window file viewer.
  2. Hover over a symbol to display its tooltip.
  3. Wait about one second while keeping the tooltip visible.
  4. Try to scroll or select text inside the tooltip.
  5. Observe that the interaction affects the content behind the tooltip instead.

I can work around this by using an IDE window, but that kinda defeats the purpose of the Agents window.

Does this stop you from using Cursor

Sometimes - I can sometimes use Cursor
