How to assign different MCPs to different projects?

My MCP settings show all my MCPs in all projects - is there a way to make this project specific?

e.g. App 1 uses Neon MCP, App 2 uses BigQuery MCP - currently, both show when working on either project.

Hey, the only option for now is using a project MCP server config. In this case, project and global servers are combined. We may improve this in future versions.
