How to completely disable worktrees in latest version

Due to security settings, worktrees completely break all functionality of this application.

We need a way to ensure worktrees are never used, but no settings related to them seem to still exist in the current version.

It’s not possible to disable worktrees entirely, but they won’t be used unless you explicitly select worktrees in the composer.

Are you findind that they get enabled some other way?
