I have a long and complex task which I want the agent to work on while I am away for a few hours (or maybe overnight). I do not want it to stop and report partial progress as it often does. I also do not want it to give up easily and try different approaches if one does not work. There is a clear completion criteria, so it would know what works. If there is a way to prompt the agent to work in unattended mode. I do not need background agents; I just keep the IDE running.

I need this too. Maybe someone have a custom mode’s rules for this job?
