That’s the agent’s “Files Changed” panel showing what files were modified. You can collapse it by clicking the arrow next to “38 Files”, or click the “Review” button to accept/reject the changes - once you’ve reviewed them, the list will clear.
There isn’t currently a setting to permanently hide this section
