Hi all,
So I was able to follow the instructions on here for claiming the $50 Opus credit.
I am already at my plan limit and so claiming that credit should let me get back to using cursor. However, it seems like claiming did not expand my credit as it does not let me continue with Opus 4.6.
Is there something I’m missing? Some extra step for actually activating the credit?

are you referring to using this within Cursor (via API), or over on the Anthropic side?
Within Cursor using the IDE. I expect to be able to click use Opus for the task and have it spend the credit.
That credit only works if you use the Claude Code CLI or extension. It doesn’t work with Cursor, since subscriptions for Cursor and Claude Code are separate
How is that so given that I applied the credit through the cursor settings (like described in the reddit post)?
Anyways, I stopped paying for cursor and have now moved completely to claude.
there are no mention about Cursor in Reddit Post, that its 60$ credit from antropic into claude code
