I can not enable on-demand usage

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Cursor IDE

Describe the Bug

I am out of the included usage and I am on the Pro plan. I want to enable on-demand usage and continue as I usually do. I tried two methods I am familiar with:

  1. Through the pop-up in the agent chat that tells me I am out of usage and lets me choose an on-demand usage limit. This seems like it works, as I accept the spend limit, but when I try to use the agent, the same pop-up appears again.

  2. Through https://cursor.com/dashboard. After clicking Save, it shows a loading loop, but then resets to the original state — so this fails as well.

October’s Pro plan payment appears as paid in the dashboard, so that is not the issue.

Kindly asking for support — thanks in advance.

All are problematic

Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Turns out I had older unpaid invoices, paid them, and now I am good!
