Describe the Bug
when i open changes to stage them after reviewing i found that the plus button + does not stage the deleted files
Steps to Reproduce
try to deleted a file after the git init and then open changes in the fullscreen editor view there you will see the diff view and plus button on top this should stage the changes when clicked but if change is deleted file the plus + button does not work
Expected Behavior
file should be staged if the plus + button is clicked even if it is deleted file
