Describe the request

Currently, users in China cannot subscribe to use the Start plan. The price is very affordable and competitive, and I hope I can subscribe to use it. Also, is it allowed to subscribe and use it through a network proxy?

I’m currently on the Pro plan. With this price, even with light use, I can’t even use up the quota—after finishing work, I just play with it like a toy. Composer 2.5 and Grok are completely enough for my needs.
