I built a SaaS booking ingestion and payment-splitting platform that is far beyond what I originally expected to create. It’s probably 85% market-ready and already handles many complex workflows, but I’ve reached the point where the remaining work involves architecture, scaling, payment flows, and business logic that are outside my expertise.
Cursor and AI got me this far, but I think I need an experienced human SaaS operator, architect, or senior engineer to help me identify the final gaps, prioritize them, and get the product across the finish line.
For those who have been here before, what’s the best path forward? Technical co-founder, fractional CTO, paid consultant, code audit, or something else? How did you bridge the gap between “it mostly works” and “it’s ready to compete in the market”?
