I want cursor to get access to env file

i am here trying to give cursor access to the env file so he can change and do whatever he wants so please what should i do

i already saw some old topics in the forum but i that icon :prohibited: i even i used to have a ignore file or smthng like that so please can u tell me all fixes so i can do all of them and keep working

copy paste the .env contents into the chat box so LLM can see it

Hey, check your ignored files: .cursorignore, .gitignore. Maybe the files are listed there. I also see in your screenshot that .env is missing from your global list. If it still doesn’t work, let me know.
