If Pro is priced based on API, should it inherit the unused quota from last month?

I am a light user of Cursor, but I occasionally use Cursor heavily. This leads to situations where I have a large number of unused requests in some months, but in other times, I don’t have enough. So, since the current Pro plan includes a $20 API quota, should the unused quota from the previous month be carried over? :thinking:
