I wanted to share my current situation and also ask for advice from anyone who might have experienced something similar.

The issue:
I initiated an upgrade to the Pro plan a few days ago (around March 5th). The payment was successfully processed (I can see the charge on my bank statement), but my account is still showing as being on the free plan. It’s been several days now and the status hasn’t updated.

What I’ve done so far:

  • Checked my billing history in account settings - payment is recorded there

  • Emailed [email protected] with all the details (transaction ID, account email, payment date)

  • Waited for a response but haven’t heard back yet

Steps to Reproduce

My question:
Has anyone else experienced this delay? If so, how long did it take to resolve? Is there anything else I should be doing while waiting for support to get back to me?

I understand the forum team can’t access account details, so I’m not asking anyone here to fix it for me. Just looking for community insights or suggestions while I wait for official support.

@Condor I just wanted to gently follow up on this. My account is still showing as on the free plan despite the payment being processed days ago. I’ve already emailed [email protected] with all the details but haven’t received a response yet. If anyone from the team sees this, could you please take a look? I understand this isn’t the official support channel, but I’m not sure what else to do at this point. Thanks for understanding.
