In Agent Panel Cursor doesn’t show inline diff in main editor window

Yes, I saw couple of threads reporting this but there doesn’t seem to be any resolution for this?

When I click on the file in Agent window, it open’s in the Agent panel’s file browser (side panel) but not in the main editor. I can’t tell what the agent changed - it doesn’t ask for keep/approve at all.

We should be able to see at least the diff’s and updates made by agent - approve/disapprove in the main Editor window?

I’ve tried toggling the inline-diff switch on and off several times.

Any suggestions / fix appreciated. thank you.

They’re complementary — you can use both simultaneously. The Agents Window is for managing agents across projects; the Editor is the full IDE. Hi Colin, so the suggestion is to manually switch from the Agents Window to the IDE so the diffs should still show up? It’s a bit non-intuitive way though - as clicking on file changed by agent should ideally open directly in the IDE with its rich editor. It kind of breaks the flow.

Any way to enable opening of the files in the IDE directly? thanks.
