For the Business plan, do we get Unlimited tool calls?
What did you mean? I don’t see this option.
Any news about when this will change?
I have 7 months left in my yearly subscription and those who got a yearly subscription right before the new pricing have 11 months left. As it appears Cursor will sunset the old pricing after old subscriptions need to renew this must be fixed now (it’s just one variable to change common(yeah I know testing needs to be done but still)).
We need it to be a setting, not a hardcoded value.
Please let me change this! Will pay top dollar!
No. New Pro plan maximum toolcall = 200 times
Doesn’t make sense to call it a cost thing.
You consider 25 tool calls to be 1 request. We have limited requests. I can immediately call another 25 tools calls. Let us use our quota.
Hey, just to mention that on our new Pro pricing, users do now get a 200 tool call limit, as the new structure means more tool calls will use more of your monthly usage pool.
Those on Team plans or legacy Pro will remain on the 25 tool call limit. If you hit this limit, you will have to confirm you want to spend another request in exchange for 25 more tool calls.
Hi @danperks, is the Team plan 25 tool call limit a setting that can be changed (maybe for specific users)?
Not yet, but this is something we are discussing internally!
As this was marked as the solution, I unmarked it now.
From my previous comment

In essentially all cases I want to continue (and if it wasn’t I’m fine with it continuing, it’s a small price to pay) so confirming that I want to spend a request in that fashion is inefficient, let me indicate in another way or the best would be to have it as a setting as is the case with GitHub Copilot in VS Code.
Those on Team plans…
I’m not recommending Cursor for my teams until that’s available, they would laugh at me with that limitation in place.
Just add a setting for each user to choose how much they want to limit their calls, within the number you set. These are developers here it’s best to let them choose!
And in my opinion, don’t limit the maximum either. Again, they’re currently paying you by tokens, and even AUTO is becoming paid. Let people choose what they want, and set the default to whatever you think is best.
Hey thanks I tried this but I got this error when following your instructions:
C:\Users\David\Downloads\auto continue cursor extention\autocontinue>npm run compile
[email protected] compile
tsc -p ./
error TS5057: Cannot find a tsconfig.json file at the specified directory: ‘./’.
This was when I tried running “npm run compile”.
Would love to use your script or something else to stop my agent keep stopping all the time! thanks!
Great this sounds awesome, where can I find this script? thanks!
