# Installing cursor into VSCode silently fails

I am using VS Code 1.99.3 on Windows 11. I installed extenstions for Go, Code Runner and CodeCursor 0.5.3 and it all appears to install. However, whenever I try to run any of codecursor’s functionality I just get a popup with a message that says 'command ‘aicursor.■■■’ not found. C.f. [Commad not found · Issue #50 · Helixform/CodeCursor · GitHub](https://github.com/Helixform/CodeCursor/issues/50) The install produces no errors and I have removed and reinstalled both VSCode and CodeCursor with no improvement.

Would love to know how to debug and fix this problem.

Hey, CodeCursor is an extension that has nothing to do with Cursor. Cursor is an IDE based on VS Code.
