Hey, I need a bit more info to look into this:

  1. Your Cursor version: Help > About Cursor > Copy
  2. What OS are you on?
  3. What were you doing when this happened, chat, agent, or tab completion?
  4. Are you on a corporate or school network, or using a VPN?

Also, try these steps:

  1. Cursor Settings > Network > Run Diagnostics, then send me the results.
  2. Open App Settings Ctrl+, or Cmd+,, search HTTP/2, enable Disable HTTP/2, then restart Cursor.
  3. Try signing out and back in from Cursor Settings.

  1. Cursor Settings > Network > Run Diagnostics, then paste the results here.
  2. In App Settings Ctrl + , search for HTTP/2, enable Disable HTTP/2, restart Cursor, and try again.
  3. Sign out and sign back in from Cursor Settings.

Also, which model are you using, Auto, Claude, GPT, etc?

And can you try starting a brand new chat after doing step 2? That’ll help narrow it down.
