Is a second Ultra account more logical than On-Demand usage?

I’ve reached my Ultra Plan limits. I expect to use another $400 worth of API credits before this month ends.

I see two options:

  1. On-Demand: Stay on my current account and pay $400.

  2. New Account: Open a second account, pay $200 for Ultra, and get $400 usage credit.

Mathematically, I think the second option saves me $200, am I wrong?
