Describe the Bug

When use plan mode and opus model to generate plan, it usually ask questions for user to decide paths of how we want to reach the goal. The choices are critical for users. BUT, the agent or IDE sometimes leave no time for me to make choices. Sometimes it just skips and say “the user does not make any choice…”. This bug really needs addressed. I suggest make a countdown clock so both user and llm have infomation on how long it should take.

Steps to Reproduce

Just create a plan and use higher model.
