Hey, thanks for the report.
I can see the screenshot where the review panel is missing the Keep all / Undo buttons. That’s a known issue with the Agent review UI that the team is tracking. Similar bugs are reported here:
- "Keep All" button sometimes missing, diff/"Keep" buttons persist after commit
- AI Agent file review list accumulates stale files and doesn't sync with git status
Please try these workarounds:
- Close and reopen the chat
- CMD+Shift+P > Developer: Reload Window
- Accept the changes via the Git panel instead of the inline UI
- Start Cursor with extensions disabled:
cursor --disable-extensions
If it happens again, please share the Request ID from the last Agent run (chat context menu > Copy Request ID) so I can attach it to the existing ticket.
