Keyboard shortcuts to reorder native window tabs

Describe the request

Editor tabs can already be moved left and right with keyboard shortcuts. I’d like the same for native window tabs (the OS title-bar tabs when multiple Cursor windows are tabbed together), so you can reorder them without dragging.

In the meantime, you can bind the existing Window Tab commands yourself: Cmd+Shift+P → Preferences: Open Keyboard Shortcuts, search Window Tab - Show Next/Previous, New Window Tab, Move to New Window, Merge All Windows. More on remapping in the Keyboard Shortcuts docs.
