Is there anyway to see which model is used when an Auto request is made by a legacy user?
Any list which models are in this pool?

Basically no, the interface doesn’t show which exact model handled a specific Auto request. In the dashboard it just shows as “Auto”.
Auto isn’t one fixed model and not a static list. It dynamically picks a model for each request depending on the task and availability. The set changes over time without updating the client, so there’s no public “pool list” either.
For legacy request-based plans Auto keeps routing to current in-plan models within included requests and pulls in new ones as old ones are phased out. That means you don’t end up without strong models. The limit is specifically on manually selecting new frontier models. That’s what Max Mode is about.
If you need certainty on the model just pick it manually in the model picker. Then exactly that one will be used. Let me know if you have any other questions.
