Hi Piotr, not at the moment. Cursor’s native Linear integration currently supports connecting one Linear workspace to a Cursor account/team at a time.
If you only need to route issues to different code repositories, you can do that within the same Linear workspace using repo configuration, for example [repo=owner/repo] or Linear repo labels. But if these are truly two separate Linear workspaces, the current workaround is to disconnect/reconnect when switching, or use separate Cursor setups for each workspace.
