Describe the Bug
After updating to the latest version of cursor (I don’t know the version), today 8/7/2025, it keeps logging me out, deleting all my chats and docs, and generally resetting the entire application. It does this every couple of minutes or so.
Steps to Reproduce
Log in and mess around for a little bit, then restart the application and the bug will happen.
Expected Behavior
It shouldn’t be logging me out and resetting everything.
Operating System
Windows 10/11
Current Cursor Version (Menu → About Cursor → Copy)
That option is not there
Does this stop you from using Cursor
Yes - Cursor is unusable
