I need to log back in 5-6 times every day to check my usage and spending, this is too frequent to explain some kind of security or performance measure.
I don’t restart Cursor or my browser, no ad-blockers, single device. I just work a bit and when I try to refresh or navigate the Dashboard, I find out it logged me out.
Unfortunately that’s their policy for abuse prevention - would be nice if there was a longer cooldown period though, but is intentional.
I have the same problem, which causes me to log in several times a day, but I need to log in to the website frequently to check my usage. I hope the developers can extend the login time.
This appears to have been fixed or changed, I didn’t log in again for over 16 hours today and the session was still open.
Hey, yes, we have increased the session time. Now it keeps you longer than before.
