Login Doesn't Process - After Student Get Verified

Dear Cursor Team, I would like to ask some assistant due that, I have registered using my school gmail account (not edu) and I was successfully got verified by the Sheer ID Verification system for my Student Status, now I have resetted my entire Cursor Software, uninstall everything and downloaded back again Cursor using the official Download page, now when I tried to login, it does log-me in on browser but on the Cursor Software it did not, can Cursor staff help me regarding with this issue please?

Hello, I was talking to Sir “Sam” on Email, which we do a various of test, he also mention on doing that and I keep providing screen record videos of him thru email, but the problem still occur.

His last email was on Sat, May 10, 10:16 AM (17 hours ago) and I was still patiently waiting now that is already 3:37 AM (GMT+08) did not sleep atm..
