Describe the request

Hi Cursor team,

You have the best autocomplete system on the market, hands down.

Would you consider offering a low-cost subscription tier that gives access to autocomplete only, without the integrated AI agent and Ask features?

This could be a strong business move for a few reasons:

  • Expand your market share by capturing users who already rely on other AI services (like ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) but would happily pay for your autocomplete on top.
  • Reduce churn by allowing your users to keep Cursor as part of their toolkit and not just leaving.
