Make `README.md` the same level as `.cursorrules`

So, we’ve got .cursorrules for AI guidance, which is cool. But why not give README.md the same level?

Here’s my thought:

  1. README.md is already the go-to file for project info
  2. This could save us from rewriting some redundant content

I know when taking the @CodeBase, README.md would sometimes be included, but not every time right? And I suspect the importance of may not be thought highly as that of .cursorrules
