Management contact ai agents over usage

I am looking to speak to a C level executive at Cursor as the generic email does not respond. Agents are using up to a 1 million tokens for search caches when you give them the direct location of the file to change. The generic email does not respond, Anyone who has a contact please pass it on it would be much appreciated.

I found a solution you send agents the code and have them send the code back to you corrected this avoids the huge cahe read tokens. To add a comma for example was 400K tokens 99.9% were cache reads.
