Hello, does anyone have any idea why my preview button for markdown has disappeared? I tried disabling all my extensions, but it’s still not showing. I managed to find a workaround by installing a preview extension, but it’s a bit annoying.

Hey, please check this solution: [image] Markdown Preview Button Disappeared Bug Reports Hey, it looks like this was hidden in the latest update. Here’s my reply on that topic - you can also bring the button back. [image]

It seems like this problem has re-occurred

Is it still valid? If yes Could you post a full separate Bug Report with more info so we can check and reproduce the issue: Create Bug Report Also add a Request ID with privacy disabled so we can look into the details? Getting a Request ID | Cursor Docs In the meantime, please check if the built-in support got disabled (this happens sometimes): Go to Extensions (Ctrl+Shift+X). Important: Type @builtin markdown in the search bar. Look for ‘Markdown Language Features’. Make sure it is enabled. If that extension is disabled, the preview button will disappear. [image]

Markdown preview is gone for me too latest update. @deanrie your solution is for agentic mode. I am talking about normal mode. cmd+shift+v works as an alternative but please fix this.

We’ll be adding it back in a minute!
