Markdown preview layout jumps/reflows, shifting action buttons and causing an unintended ‘Undo file’ click.

Steps to Reproduce

After agent is updating ReadMe.md and wanting to review, switching between preview and markdown mode is shifting the Keep-all-changes/Undo File buttons in a way that is very easy to click on Undo File instead of preview/markdown mode.
I did accidentally Undo the changes more than once

Expected Behavior

Buttons under the mouse cursor should not change unpredictable.

Hey @Florin_Strugaru, thanks for the report and the recording. Sorry the layout shift made you undo those edits.

Preview / Markdown and Undo File / Keep File share the same row under the tabs. The review buttons only show in Markdown mode, so switching modes shifts that row and Undo File can land under your pointer. This is a known issue we’re tracking, and we’ve let the team know.

To move the review buttons out of that row: Cursor Settings (Ctrl+Shift+J) > General > Layout, then set Review Control Location to Island. Undo File and Keep File show in a floating bar in the editor instead.

I think it should become the default option for everyone (if other option to not reflow the buttons is not found)
