Whenever a new window is opened, every global MCP server is automatically re-enabled.
This shouldn’t happen, but is extra annoying since they have to be individually disabled.
It should be possible to toggle servers on a per window basis but:
New windows should inherit the global MCP state from the window it was created from.
Not go rogue and YOLO enable everything.
