Missing address bar and toolbar in new browser tabs within the Agents window

In the Agents window, newly opened browser tabs are missing the address bar and toolbar. As shown in the screenshot, this makes it impossible to navigate to different pages or open DevTools and design mode.

This issue seems to have started after the recent 3.10.x updates. Could you please revert it to match the style and interaction of the browser tabs in IDE mode, just like it was before?

Thanks for the report. Looks like we introduced a weird bug where users in Legacy Privacy Mode lost the address bar/toolbar. I’ve filed a bug with the team!
