Hey, thanks for the report. This is a known issue with HTTP/2 and the SSL handshake.
Try this:
- App Settings
Ctrl+,→ search for “HTTP/2” → enable “Disable HTTP/2” → restart Cursor - Check if chat works after that
If it didn’t help, or if you want to dig deeper:
- Cursor Settings → Network → Run Diagnostics → send a screenshot
- Are you using a VPN, proxy, or a corporate network with Zscaler? Try on your home internet without them
