[Mitigated] HTTP/2 Connection Failures with SSLV3_ALERT_HANDSHAKE_FAILURE, primary affecting users in Ukraine

Hey, thanks for the report. This is a known issue with HTTP/2 and the SSL handshake.

Try this:

  1. App Settings Ctrl+, → search for “HTTP/2” → enable “Disable HTTP/2” → restart Cursor
  2. Check if chat works after that

If it didn’t help, or if you want to dig deeper:

  • Cursor Settings → Network → Run Diagnostics → send a screenshot
  • Are you using a VPN, proxy, or a corporate network with Zscaler? Try on your home internet without them
