Describe the Bug

Using the sonnet 4.5 and not even thinking and the model is out puting the code as if its a human thinking writing and then showing the code, its just extremely slowly out puting.

Steps to Reproduce

gave prompt and the output was very slow the rest of the thing and pages or apps are blazing fast and internet is stable.

and also there is one another bug that has appeared and its that if cursor is left idle with chrome opened the cursor after sometimes becomes non-responsive and unclickable, i have tried with other browsers it work normal but with chrome it shows this issue sometimes. but the slow output behavior is just strange.

Hey, thanks for the report. Slow output might be due to network issues or config.

Could you please share:

  • Request ID from the chat (chat menu → Copy Request ID) where the delay happened
  • Network diagnostics result: Cursor Settings > Network > Run Diagnostics
  • Is HTTP/2 enabled (Settings > Network) - try disabling it
  • Are you using VPN or proxy
  • Context size (how many files added to chat).

On Cursor being unresponsive with Chrome open: known issue, usually fixed by restarting computer. If it repeats, create a separate report with Request ID.

Please share details on the slow output.

Same issue on Opus 4.5, wasn’t facing this yesterday. I ran network diagnostics and Ping, Chat, and Agent were all refused with [Internal] Stream closed with error code NGHTTP2_REFUSED_STREAM errors

Funnily enough the second the diagnostics test finished it went back to being fast

Just now i lost $5 of credit every time i use opus 4.5 its talk for 4 sec then stops and says try again but in my cursor dashboard its charged me :frowning: ?
