There are project rules but even the Features should be per project like Command denylist, Delete file protection (I don’t care what it deletes when I work in a container and git repo but I do when it’s working directly on my operating system).

+1 for most Cursor settings being allowed to be per project (models, rules, yolo etc,…) which overrides global cursor settings.
With the addition of new features like Background Agent it would be good to have certain features like Privacy, and others available on project level as well.
E.g. When working with Open Source projects sharing data may be permitted but when working on client projects it is often not permitted. So changing the setting all the time is not practical.
