Hi,
I love the new addition of multi-repository support for cloud agent environments. I’ve created my multi-agent environment, and I was able to start a new agent through the web UI. Unfortunately, once the agent is running, it shows in the side bar under the first repository that’s configured in the environment. I would expect it to show as a separate section in the sidebar. And for some reason, it doesn’t show up in the actual Cursor app at all, and I also can’t start a multi-repo agent from the Cursor app for some reason. Are those known issues, or am I doing something wrong?
Kind regards,
Chris
Hi Chris!
There are two separate things going on here:
Web sidebar showing the agent under the first repo: This is a known bug. When a multi-repo agent starts, the sidebar temporarily only shows the primary repo. The agent is still running across all your configured repos - it’s just a display issue during startup. Our team is aware and working on a fix.
Not showing up in the Cursor desktop app / can’t start from the app: Multi-repo environment support in the desktop app isn’t available to all users yet. For now, the web interface is the way to create and manage multi-repo cloud agents. Desktop support for multi-repo is actively being built.
In the meantime, you should be able to continue using multi-repo agents from the web UI at cursor.com/agents without issues.
Hi Mohit,
Thanks for your reply. And thanks for confirming that this is expected behavior at the moment. Keep up the good work!
