Need help after emailing hi@cursor (sam responded)

i’ve been trying to reach someone about an urgent issue. when i email hi@cursor, i only receive replies from sam, and i haven’t been able to speak to a real person.

i researched and saw that people can sometimes get help through the forum, so i made a post here. however, my post was unlisted because i have mentioned about my issue and it was considered some other topic and i was told to email hi@cursor again.

this has been very stressful for me. i’m just trying to talk to an actual human and explain my situation properly.

please, i really need help from someone who can review this with understanding.

thank you for reaching out this quickly. like you said it is account-specific and sensitive, hence i do not think community forum would let me share the details. hopefully there is another way to communicate, i have sent multiple emails to hi@cursor before adding a topic here.
