Even though I’m registering for the first time, it says there are no tokens in my account and gives me this error, but I haven’t created an account before and I can’t use it.

it is not clear from your post what the issue is, where it occurs and what that looks like. We would need a screenshot and or copy of the error message incl. info on which page you see it.
