New Agent button above the agent when in Agent mode

Describe the request

In Agent mode, I have to have an whole extra pane open just to click the New Agent button, with tons of wasted space just showing the old chats. I want an New Agent button above the agent pane please, so I don’t have to keep opening and closing the side pane.
