Hey, I see you’ve already run into this in that thread: Cursor Keeps Auto-Accepting Its Own Changes. Looks like the bug still happens sometimes.
A couple things to check:
- In Cursor Settings > Agents, make sure Inline Diffs is enabled. Without this, the fix won’t work properly.
- After enabling it, fully quit Cursor (not just reload the window), then open it again.
If it still reproduces after that, please share the request ID from the chat where the file was accepted without confirmation. That’ll help the team figure out why the review prompt didn’t show in that case.
