Hi. I feel that the new chat UI has been downgraded. I just downloaded the new version 3.10.17 and it’s really frustrating that I can’t see the plan file that the model created. You have like one opportunity to click on the plan and then from there you have to find the plan file again yourself.
In screenshot, whenever I click on the created plan, it doesn’t navigate me to the new plan at all… after I submit another prompt, there is no build or view button for the plan created in a previous response…
Hi @MaCiNt0sHpLuS, Thanks very much for the post. I had trouble re-producing this issue. Can update to the latest version of Cursor and also can you give me a bit of information on what mode you were in? (e.g. were you in Agent, Plan etc). Did it prompt you to switch from Agent to PLan etc?
Ideally, if you can, can you please disable privacy mode temporarily and then re-create a plan where the button view Plan is not there, and share the request ID and we can investigate further.
To disable Privacy Mode:
Open Cursor Settings with Cmd+Shift+J on macOS or Ctrl+Shift+J on Windows/Linux.
Go to General.
Turn Privacy Mode off / switch to Share Data.
To get the Request ID:
Open the relevant conversation in the Chat sidebar.
Click the ... menu.
Select Copy Request ID.
