- Do they show up immediately when you open Cursor (before doing anything)?
- Or only after the Agent finishes making changes to files?
We’re tracking a similar issue here: The cursor adds blank lines - that one specifically occurs on IDE startup. Want to confirm if yours is the same or something different happening during Agent edits.
