Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug

After update mcp/rules/skills were moved to customize screen (i saw message indicating that too). After that i can’t see project mcps/rules/skills located in .cursor folder in project

Steps to Reproduce

Have project level mcp/rules/skills/subagents see if you can find them in customize

Expected Behavior

All project MCPs/subagents/skills/rules should be present

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey there! Those project files are still there. Customize is currently on your user scope, and that view only lists user-level items, so Rules looks empty if you do not have any user rules.

Click the scope control to the left of Plugins / MCPs / Skills / Rules (person icon; it may say User or your account name) and pick UBS-WEB. Project rules, skills, and MCP servers from .cursor should then show on those tabs.

Agent already uses the files in .cursor/ either way. Reply here if you pick UBS-WEB and the lists are still empty.
