Hey, the auto-keep setting has a different name in Settings, so you didn’t find it.
Go to Cursor Settings > Agents > Applying Changes and find the Inline Diffs toggle, then turn it ON. When Inline Diffs is OFF, that’s basically auto-keep. Changes get applied automatically without showing diffs. Turn it back on and you’ll get the normal review UI with Keep and Undo.
If diffs still don’t show up after enabling it, toggle it OFF and ON again and restart Cursor.
Yeah, the naming is confusing. The popup says auto-keep, but the setting is called Inline Diffs.
