Hey, thanks for the detailed report with a screenshot and steps. This is a known bug in the macOS Dock badge reset logic. Similar reports are already here:
- Mac Dock unread badge (red dot) is tied to an archived agent, not the active conversation
- System icons and real Corsor state are unsync
We’re tracking the issue, but I can’t share an ETA for a fix yet. As a temporary workaround, you can use Clear All Notifications from the tray menu, it forces the counter to reset.
