# Now cursor is very slow in both auto and or Claude sonnet 4, and keep disconnecting with errors

### Describe the Bug

i keep getting this error “Connection failed. If the problem persists, please check your internet connection or VPN  
Stream closed with error code NGHTTP2\_INTERNAL\_ERROR [unknown]  
Request ID: 11d686e4-6e63-4c8d-94e1-255a0df00ae8”

i have no VPN and other website are working fine

### Steps to Reproduce

it happens all the time, when i restart cursor, works fine and then stop working and show this error

### Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

I’ve experienced this issue in both old and new chats performance has been very slow, and most of the time I encounter connection errors. At first, I thought the problem might be on my end, so I tested by subscribing to another agent (W), and to my surprise, it worked perfectly. Tasks were completed in minutes using the same Sonnet 4 model.

I’m not sure why Cursor has become so slow. It used to be excellent, especially before the recent changes to the pricing plans. I’ve been on the Pro package since the beginning and was really happy with the experience.

I genuinely like Cursor, but it’s hard to continue working when results aren’t even showing. I really hope the team can address the performance issues and bring back the reliable experience we had before.
