Opus 4.7 is repeatedly bailing out midway through long running jobs, eating up expensive tokens and require reruns + lost code + effort + decreased productivity

Steps to Reproduce

Prompt Opus 4.7 in any mode, it arbitrarily bails out about 20% of time midway through with an error popup
